One of my customers asked me If I have tried buying books from the book depository, I said no I haven't. Although I have encountered the site a long long time ago I never visit it anymore until that day. I opened the site and said what the hell. I bought one book just to try if they really deliver. I found the cheapest book but something I fancy and paid for it via Paypal using my debit card. It arrived today. Exactly 26 days from the day I made the purchase.

My sister and I have tried a few aero instructors from different places but nobody can really make us sweat like a pig, work us up till every bones and muscles in our body ache and leave us panting like we just did a 5 mile run! except Den den. Yesterday I wasn't even able to finish the hour long session. After the first break I felt weak so I stopped and did some stretching instead. I didn't want to push myself. I always listen to my body. I'd rather look wimp than pass out because I ignore what my body is saying. ( I didn't eat breakfast maybe that's why. ) Other aero instructors would just stand in front of everybody, dance the routine and to hell with all of us if we can follow or not with very fast music as if hundreds of demons are running after us all the way to Mt. Vesuvius! And despite that I'd sometimes shout to my sister (while dancing) " i believe at the rate we're going I'd sweat after one year"! With Denden after about 5 minutes of working out oh boy it feels like somebody mistook you for a punching bag already. I'd put my hands on my hips, take a deep breath and just stand there for about 10 to 20 seconds before I continue. We always have a good exercise after a session with Denden. His routine targets all the important muscles in our body. He guides all of us to get the right moves to hit the correct spots to toned plus some good cardio workout. If you ask what's my poison? It's exercise...and books....and music....and dogs......and nature...and food..heheheh
I have been looking for a book to read but I always end up not interested leaving it unfinished or barely read until I came across the book Washingtonienne. From the moment I skimmed through the first page I couldn't put it down. It totally got me interested. It was well written and not only that it was based on a true story from a scandal she brought on herself when her personal blog was exposed. The book was funny, shocking but will want you to continue for more of the author's lifestyle. Whew!

IN a month my postal Id expires. Without it I won't be able to claim payment sent by customers. My passport needs to be renewed as well. Anyway, I called the post office and asked for the requirements for the renewal of postal id. Requirements: Baranggay Clearance Community Tax Cost:390 (include picture, lamination, etc.) This morning I went to our Baranggay Hall but I was only issued cedula since we are not on their record yet being new in this city. I was given the family census form to fill up and I have to bring it back to them along with a current bill and the house rental contract. That's the only time I guess they will give me the clearance. At the post office I was told that processing takes less than an hour. After that you go home with your renewed postal id. While at the baranggay center I saw this ad that caught my attention.
If you have perhaps a kasambahay or knows somebody who could benefit from this, this is really a good opportunity for them. I always believe in education... that it could solve poverty in the country... thatpoliticians will stop preying at those who lack education...
That is mama Lacus. She looked so cross!hehehe That's before I left this morning. She also loves sunbathing. When she's had enough she'd let us know that she wants to get inside the house already by barking. She has this different kinds of bark to let us know what she needs. Makes our life pretty easy.
